Madò, l'alta pasticceria italiana arriva a casa (ARTICOLO PUBBLICATO DA "LA REPUBBLICA") - Madò Creme

At the fair, already prominent at the international level, the company participates for the first time at the Caserta event with fully dedicated quality products.

“We will be there with pancakes, graffe, and croissants, all made with certified Buffalo Butter from Campania Doc.”

The fourth edition of Bufala Village is underway, an event in the Caserta area that unites the territory and its producers around a single table where buffalo milk reigns. For 2022, the fair offers some new features, among which Madò Pasticceria stands out – the first fully online patisserie, with Neapolitan origins and a passion for specialties from all over Italy. It all started with Domenico Napoletano's experience in marketing and digital food. With the insight of a confectionery business that would reach Italian homes directly, offering the finest pastry excellence, ready to enjoy and true to the “just made” quality, Napoletano initiated the entrepreneurial project. Initially family-run, the business began to garner well-deserved success, thanks to the winning combination of high-level pastry with high technology capabilities, along with customized, exclusive packaging and product formats that ensure excellent preservation. Signs of growth gradually brought the project to significant dimensions, requiring the expansion of resources and the structuring of the corporate organization. Today, Madò Pasticceria boasts an all-female team, participates in internationally renowned events, is committed to valuable projects like environmental protection, and, last but not least, its spreads are among the best-selling in Italy. An excellence born from the choice of producers and raw materials, as well as from the skill of those who craft each specialty to perfection in the workshop.

“We work with the entire Italian territory, focusing on the origin of ingredients in our selection,” says Domenico.

Campania is therefore not the only focus of this artisanal (and smart) patisserie, and yet the first-time participation in a local event like Bufala Village allows consumers to truly taste the care given to crafting each region's unique ingredients into a high-quality product. “For the occasion, we will be there with pancakes, graffe, and croissants, all made with certified Buffalo Butter from Campania Doc, hoping that the final consumer can appreciate the value of a high-quality company like ours.”

In other words? A delightful, smart home bringing customized products to homes across Italy every day. Here, Italian cuisine speaks for itself like nowhere else.
